The Threewords Table.
Some conversations cannot happen at conferences. Twelve seats, one question, and the discretion to answer it honestly: a private convening of the families and minds we most respect.
One question per evening.
No slides. No selling. No record.
Four evenings a year, in a private room, we seat twelve people around one question, the kind that families of wealth carry privately and rarely get to test aloud. What do we owe the business that made us? When should the second generation be told everything? What would we do if the rupee were 110?
The composition is deliberate: principals and next-generation members of families we admire, one practitioner who has lived the evening's question, and us, hosting rather than presenting. Everything is said under the strictest convention of discretion; nothing is recorded, attributed or repeated. The dinner ends when the question does.
For the generation that will
inherit the decisions.
Wealth transfers in a signature; judgment does not. The Stewardship Programme prepares members of our client families, typically between eighteen and thirty, for the decisions that will one day reach them, before those decisions arrive with consequences attached.
Four private sessions across a year, in small cohorts drawn only from families we serve:
Capital & Markets
How money actually compounds: cycles, risk, and why the boring decisions matter most.
The Family Balance Sheet
Reading your own family's wealth: the operating business, the portfolio, the structures, and how they connect.
Governance & the Constitution
What the family's rules are, why they exist, and how to disagree inside them.
The First Decision
A real allocation, made with a mentor beside you, because stewardship is learned by stewarding.
Each participant is paired with a mentor from our practice. There is no certificate and no ceremony. The outcome is quieter than that: a generation that arrives at the table already knowing how to sit at it.
How a seat is offered.
There is no application. Invitations to the Table are extended personally, one at a time; the Stewardship Programme is open only to the families we serve. Client families may speak with their adviser. Others who believe they belong in the room usually find that the room already knows.
